Success Management Academy

A Pathway to Progress
Designed for eligible students ages 16–18, the Success Management Program provides a guided alternative to the traditional high school track—helping learners earn their high school equivalency while building a strong foundation for the future.

Who Is Eligible?

  • Students ages 16–18 who will exit before turning 19 (with limited exceptions for students turning 19 within the current trimester).
  • Students who have recently arrived in the United States and whose primary language is Spanish.
  • Students with fewer than 6 semesters of ESOL in high school (must withdraw with a W26 to enroll in this GED option).

How It Works

  • Referrals are made only if the program is the best fit based on a student’s academic progress.
  • Senior High School and Adult and Continuing Education Center staff collaborate to ensure students are fully informed about this opportunity.
  • Parent/guardian approval is required prior to registration. All forms (FM-7705E and FM-7705S) must be completed and submitted to the appropriate Region Office.
  • Documentation will be kept on file for a minimum of five years for each registered student.

The Success Management Program is more than a GED option—it’s a guided pathway to achievement, designed to meet students where they are and help them

build toward a brighter future!
